I have been a personal trainer since 2008. I have a degree in Human Movement Science from the University of Pretoria. I fine-tuned my craft in London for three years, and have been at Groenkloof Virgin Active ever since. I can help you lose weight, build muscle, or help you get rid of that lower back or joint pain.
